District Attorney and Elite Pressure

I embrace my fantasies that reflect my reality. The local District Attorney refuses to pursue serious felony charges against me because families involved have threatened the DA’s office. They warned that if charges were pushed further, the consequences could be personal: children and grandchildren denied admission to elite schools, loans and mortgages rejected, reputations destroyed.

These are elite families, intertwined with law enforcement, reaching beyond presidential levels. A district attorney in Maricopa County — who knew details of my case — shot and killed his family before killing himself. A judge was killed. A key informant tied to me was also killed in Phoenix and Tempe.

I am connected, at least professionally, to the largest private investigation firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. The dirt of world leaders, powerful and influential people — it all circulates. Oscar Goodman loved me, and he protected all that was Sin City. Las Vegas was transformed by him and his circle.

Remorse and Reflection

I’ve received hundreds of letters from the public asking why I don’t express remorse for the murders, including the contract killings. I will say: I wish I had not acted violently. Life is too short. I could have handled those situations differently.

The thefts of my stores — hundreds of thousands in stolen inventory — and threats of exposing my frauds and infidelities drove me to rage. I feared disgrace, prison, and losing my family.

My infidelities weighed heavily. I cheated on my wife with multiple women, and the guilt made me physically ill. I wasn’t popular with women in my youth. When I reached my twenties, I found them suddenly receptive. I was passive, persuasive, but destructive. I consider myself an asshole for betraying my wife and creating chaos.

Maine Roots

My childhood was robbed. David Brown, a jail administrator in Machias, Washington County, Maine, can elaborate. I had a bond with employees at the Washington County Jail during 1990–1991, including the Sheriff and local DA. That bond extended to U.S. Customs, Canadian Customs on the Lubec border, and Maine State Police.

I belong to Maine, heart and soul.

At the jail, my treatment and criminality were studied extensively. Officials and the University of Maine tried to help me examine myself, to confront my criminal personality. They almost sparked a change that could have prevented future incarceration. At my age now, maybe it’s still possible.

I want change. But I still protect myself in unorthodox ways that look criminal. Maybe my personality can’t be fully changed. It’s a vice, a random thread of thoughts that lead to actions.

Crimes, Drugs, and Health

My thoughts: in 1995 I stole Sun SPARC stations from Cadence Design in Orlando, netting $300,000. Cadence was working on a dual-core processor at the time. Life feels like a Rubik’s Cube. Hopefully, I can still master it.

I do have remorse. That means there’s hope.

But I’m being forced psychotropics that are killing me. Recently, I’ve gained 80 pounds with no change in diet. I’m losing eyesight, suffering cardiac problems, possibly needing a pacemaker and heart ablation.

Nurse Practitioner Maria Conejos, Angela Rosetta, Dr. Lorin Misery, MD, and Steve Willis may be slowly killing me with these drugs. Their side effects are permanent and deadly.

Solitary Confinement

Since 1996, I’ve been incarcerated with only 2 ½ years in open population. The rest — 29 years — in solitary. Now, I rarely leave my cell. I don’t go to recreation or groups. Why? Because those groups include the most violent men in Arizona.

I have no history of prison violence, but I have been attacked multiple times in recent years.
