The Jacobsen Report

Doctors now believe I suffer from a pronounced form of Stockholm Syndrome and early-onset dementia, caused by multiple cardiac issues related to years of high exposure to psychotropics.

With Stockholm Syndrome, I find myself identifying with law enforcement and constantly trying to please them. At the same time, I live under the constant threat of violence at Browning Unit.

Constant Fear at Browning

In my housing area, 19 homemade knives were found in February. Last week, more knives were discovered, and even a cellphone. I am under constant fear of being killed.

Recently, I was given multiple letters pressuring me to confess to murder in order to stay alive. Inmates, encouraged by officers, have made threats.

I am forced onto psychotropics that prevent blood from flowing properly to my brain. Sometimes I have to get on all fours — hands and knees — just to clear my head. It’s the only way blood circulates to my brain enough for me to think coherently.

When I do this, I feel and see my heart pulsing. My vision fluxes, images expanding and shrinking, colors becoming intensely chromatic. Getting on the ground helps me regain a degree of conscious reality.

Medical Crises

On November 9, 2023, at the FBI building in Phoenix, EMTs had to be called when I collapsed with severe chest pains and mental confusion. I fell to my knees to recover, the pain like someone cutting out my heart without anesthesia. My left arm went numb. I couldn’t even scream.

I’ve since suffered mild heart attacks. Even small amounts of stress bring chest pains that spiral into confusion. Within the last year, I’ve lost consciousness maybe six times, hitting my head on cement, seeing white specks, then recovering moments later.

For five years, I’ve complained of memory loss — always paired with chest pain, tugging in my chest, neck, or arm. At Rincon Unit in Tucson, my complaints were ignored. Two years ago, my cellmate pointed out that my legs were badly swollen, classic congestive heart failure. Medical brushed it off. Now I wear compression socks to keep swelling down.

Isolation and Decline

I spend most days locked in my 8x12 cell, often not leaving for days. I wash myself in the sink. I wash my clothes in the toilet water — prison laundry only results in theft.

My cell is filthy. The toilet overflows with other inmates’ feces twice a week. Temperatures soar over 100°F. My mattress stinks.

I feel legally incompetent, like my body and mind are shutting down together.

Radio Static and Delusions

I hear a constant “radio static” that no one else seems to hear. It informs me of others’ ill intentions. I sometimes believe I must take immediate action to save lives.

I also thought, at one point, that the radar tower at Sky Harbor Airport was tuned to my biometric frequency, stopping my heart from pumping blood. I know how insane that sounds, but it felt real.

I believe I’m psychotic from environmental stress — isolation, filth, endless drugs.

Dealings with the FBI

On May 7, 2025, Special Agent Taylor Hannah told me she doesn’t work with informants — she just “steamrolls” suspects. I accused her of “chumming bait for sharks” with people like me. I had hoped for informant pay, even $50 a week. Instead, she wrote down a request I made for Crest 3-D Whitening Strips, as if that was all that mattered.

I asked about Witness Protection, but nothing. These agents play poker faces. When I first met Hannah, I saw what I called a “feminist sneer” — unconscious body language, slight verbal utterances of hate. That first impression still shapes my fear of her.

Why should I expose myself to multiple jurisdictions for prosecution when I get out in five years anyway?

Looking Ahead

I hope that all jurisdictions can agree on keeping my current release date of 2031 intact.

The FBI has known of my alleged involvement in murders and crimes for 30 years. Only recently have they shown real interest in prosecuting. There are no credible witnesses. No physical evidence. Nothing solid against me.

I’ve been on forced psychotropics since before Nevada. I was drugged in California and Florida, too, even before extradition to Nevada in 1997.

Psych drugs are coercion. They last in my system for months. I’m the only active participant willing to talk.
