The Jacobsen Report

I entered into an egregious deal with Assistant District Attorney Treena Kay of Phoenix. She insisted that the key evidence proving I killed Christina Martinez — and even committed necrophilia with her body — was the discovery of a baby shoe at the shallow burial site in Florence, Arizona.

But other assistant DAs weren’t so sure. Richard Harmon (later killed by someone connected to my friend) had friends with small children and drove a Chrysler van. The area was also a frequent campground. One male assistant DA doubted the shoe belonged to me because it was bleached on one side — a process that takes months of sun exposure.

There was no DNA, no touch evidence, and no human scent for dogs to track. The shoe had dirt inside consistent with water exposure and cobwebs, suggesting it had been there for months, maybe years. The leather had cracks and collapsed from age, even with traces of old white shoe polish.

Meanwhile, my wife Cheryl Ciccone, who turned me in, admitted our six-month-old daughter (less than 10 pounds) didn’t even wear shoes yet.

Martinez had been dead less than a week before discovery, and during that time I was in California with a rental car from Sky Harbor Airport, signed out by Harmon. I was committing a burglary in Eugene, Oregon, at the time she was killed.

Evidence Overlooked

There was feces under Martinez’s fingernails, with red blood cells and enzymes belonging to neither her nor me.

Authorities also knew about Harmon’s connection:

He owned a shovel that matched impressions at the grave site.

My shovel still had concrete on it from April 5, 1997 (the date Ginger Rios was buried).

Harmon possessed a knife purchased from Rothco, which matched the weapon used on Martinez.

Yet, despite this, ADA Kay pressed me into a deal. And now, law enforcement tells me directly: Don’t trust the FBI — their only goal is to lock you up forever, or put you on death row.

High-Level Thefts and Technology

One officer even reminded me I had stolen Vice President Dan Quayle’s laptop from the Grid factory — verified by Detective John Kentz of Longboat Key, Florida, and Fremont Police in California. Classified, of course.

Then there’s LRAD Corp (Long Range Acoustic Device) out of San Diego, formerly based in Utah. They developed “watered-down” mind-control devices using declassified transducers that transmit personal biometric frequencies. These signals act on the autonomic system, controlling mind and body, sometimes for weeks.

And there’s Gentech Software, which I was exposed to as a test subject at Maricopa County Jail, isolation/medical, paired with Officer Jacob Baniki. Gentech could transmit visuals directly to my occipital frequency. The visuals were vivid, concrete — not hallucinations.

The transducer controls me by muting auditory perception, then feeding whispers, then full thoughts. Impulses that I can’t control. Especially if I’m schizophrenic.

Memory Loss and Dementia

I stole thousands of computers. Now I realize a group isolated my biometric frequency and drove me — and my crew — into ruin.

These days, my memory loss is accelerating. I can’t recall names or faces. I can’t stand or sit straight for more than a few minutes without confusion. Lying flat sometimes restores bits of clarity.

Banner Hospital suggests I may have both early-onset and vascular dementia. Causes: hereditary, decades of psychotropics, environmental factors, cardiac disease, brain injury, coma. I now even suffer dyslexia I never had before.

I missed out on lasting memories, friendships, and family. If I died now, I doubt anyone would care — except Harland Embree. Even he, maybe, would shrug it off as part of life.

Hallucinations or Frequencies?

I hear a hum that shifts into a frequency, then a guttural high-pitched female voice transmitted via transducer or Gentech software, line-of-sight through a Yagi antenna.

I see pinpoint white lights like stars, fluxing into shimmering sheets of space and time. Psych drugs do nothing to stop it.

I see translucent shades of blue, white, and red that form into people, objects, even buildings. Energy fields binding biological life, inanimate objects, and the universe itself. Frequencies that hold it all together.

This universe is multidimensional and indescribable. My mind can’t even hallucinate its enormity.

Where is heaven?
