Houston, we have a problem! I am in the hopes I will never see a felony committed with me knowing about it, because I will never involve myself with law enforcement --- If I witnessed a felony being committed, police would automatically attempt to link me into that crime. I hear nothing and I see nothing, because as a former felon and prisoner, police will always attempt to implicate a former prisoner. I will not help others, because I could be swept into their personal business. If I witnessed a car accident with people being injured I would have to walk away and ignore it and turn the other way and not involve myself. That is how a successful prisoner becomes a success... never ever involve yourself no matter the circumstances. Never do a good deed or a bad deed! I hear nothing and I see nothing. I do have powerful hearing aids and glasses. Every time I have helped law enforcement, I am sucked up into problems that are difficult to remove myself from. I sound bitter, but this is the reality I face because police on the whole are clannish among each other and are trained to be deceitful as a cop, as a detective, and as a person. Because of all the bad publicly, I might have to request a transfer to maximum security custody, but if I do I will be forced to take injections of psychotropics that render me helpless and in pain...physical and psychological pain! There was a television broadcast on November 01, 2025, featured on CBS in the Phoenix area and was hosted by Brianna Whitney who spoke about my crime with only 40% of the telecast being honest. The program was Arizona True Crime. This portrayal and documentary of me was false and has placed me in danger of my life with other inmates. The correctional officers are threatening me to inform the media and other law enforcement agencies of other murders I may have been involved with in the 1990's. My release date is in October 2031. I have a heart procedure soon to be scheduled. Basically, it is an ablation and then pacemaker. The heart medications make me extremely pliable and slows me down. I feel dizzy, but the doctor stated that blood is not pumping to my brain that affects my cognition. I do become confused even after stopping meds. I have a pending university application that will allow me to earn a degree that I will hopefully apply to a well paying job, such as an aircraft mechanic or maybe I could dust crops with a plane...I think that my career in law will be short lived because of artificial intelligence that will most likely dramatically change all of what is practiced and customary in the courtroom. Most jobs in the legal field will be rendered obsolete. Maybe I can work on robots! I was listening to the radio station 92.3 KTAR out of Phoenix (talk radio) and it is estimated that a single person over the age of 65 must have over $300,000.00 for health insurance premiums for their life expectancy to 80 years of age. Recently, 3 weeks ago, the state of Arizona executed another inmate. There was no mention by officers of the person being executed. There is a real shortage of reliable correctional officers, because at my prison (Cook) there are only a handful of officers for hundreds of my fellow inmates/convicts/prisoners/residents they must supervise...because of the lack of correctional officers this prison within the last few months is becoming more dangerous. There is no need for this, but people do not want a job in corrections because of the danger and systemic corruption. Our Arizona governor, Kattie Hobbs (Democrat) has stated on multiple occasions that the department of corrections is "broken". Every year there are multiple killings of inmates by other violent prisoners and there are no consequences for their actions. Some inmates have killed multiple times their cellmates and are still given a roommate that they don't like and kill them. There is a convict who has killed 3 of his cellmates. Surprisingly, nothing is done about these murders! I do know when I am released from prison soon I know I will succeed because I do not have a drug or alcohol problem and I accept authority. I am the Master of my fate. Indeed, I am concerned that because of my mental decline that may not be reversible (vascular dementia and other diagnoses) my job prospects will be few. Living off of social security disability is for some people poverty. I might be able to work with young juvenile men and advise them of how not to turn out like me. When I was young I had plenty of people who warned me to change my antisocial behavior or the good chanced were that I would end up in prison. I really think that I was delusional at a young age listening to loud thoughts that led to criminal behavior and excitement and ultimately mental hospitals and incarceration... So far, my life has been a waste, but I have discovered within myself how I came to be. Indeed, this introspection was a difficult task and was probably only made with being 55 years of age...basically, maturity has taken hold of me! I am learning to pick my fights wisely. Currently, I must improve upon my body mass index. I want to lose 30 - 40 pounds within the next few months. How I am still maintaining weight while skipping meals for the last few weeks and only a negligible amount of weight loss that translates into frustration. How could I forget, there was a stabbing in the building next to ours that was serious a few days ago. Just months ago, there was a stabbing that resulted in a death. The average for killings at this complex is about 7 - 8 inmates per year. There is a big problem with a synthetic designer drug called "K2 or Spice" at the prison. The inmates still ferment alcohol at this complex, but nothing like what takes place at Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix. There might be 2 or 3 suicides per year at this complex. What gets me is that the suicides and homicides at this complex are "skewed" for statistics and accountability.
