First, there is conclusive evidence that the FBI is applying the Secrecy Act in my case and the Western Division of Homeland Security out of Reno, Nevada, is binding others to the Patriot Act and other acts to prevent the general public from hearing of other news groups that are investigating and reporting on me without their ( Homeland, FBI, and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police) input that is obviously generating yellow journalism. Currently, I am in extreme danger of losing my life to a deranged group of Hispanic inmates. Fact, on some occasions there has been 1 officer (female) managing 350 inmates at night at Cook unit because the prison is understaffed! Obviously, this makes for a dangerous situation.

In any case, to Beverly Hills police department and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. In 1996, there was a spy shop on Wilshire were the streets converge onto Rodeo Drive. In fact, I attempted to hire in 1996 the bend manager of this spy shop who I interviewed to manage my spy store "Spycraft" in Las Vegas, San Francisco, and two locations in Arizona. I offered $100,000. yearly with full benefits to include medical, company car, and sales commission. Unbelievably, he declined even after I offered a $25,000 advancement. This all transpired in 1996. He knew me as John Flowers.

A salient memory as a very young child (age 2) was an encounter with the author Robert Ludlum who knew my grandfather from Rhe Beach, New Hampshire, and Ludlum purchased me a bannasplit at the red beach store Philbricks. Another encounter when I was two was the owner of Moe's Italian Sandwiches in Portsmouth, NH, who purchased a handgun from my grandfather at Strawberry Bank (Portsmouth, NH) stating he had to silence someone. In fact, a lot of my personal spooky history can be found with Dave Brown at Washington County Jail, located in Machias, Maine, who was employed there in the early 1990's.

Moreover, to all of those curious the lead Detective in homicide at Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department investigating me for the accidental murder of the singer, dancer, and female professional Ginger Rios is a senior Gypsy. Unquestionably, Ginger Rios and her entire family also followed the Gypsy religion that has a sketchy history with roots in Europe and Latin America ( Gypsy religion mixed with Latin American Indian faith that is scary, violent, and disgusting). What Gypsies say and do are two different things..diametrically opposed...everything is a con game!

Also, I would like to comment that I noticed that Special Agent James 'Jim' Kraus when he and S/A Taylor Hannah interviewed me last year James watched all of my body language while S/A Hannah asked questions and attempted to portray a poker face that was exaggerated ( dystonia ) and exemplified a dishonest face and person. Indeed, I became discouraged with these agents that violated my civil rights repeatedly and knowingly. Furthermore, how could seasoned agents repeatedly violate my civil rights unless these agents are taught at the Academy how to circumvent the rules. Obviously, these actions are systemic throughout the Bureau. They used three recording devices: camera, and two small digital recorders.

Without a doubt, I am warning all inmates of the Mexican cartels and their religious rituals that the Anthropology department at Arizona State University refuses to televise, because this information will start riots. Unbelievably, there are thousands of Mexican Aztecs that operate in the United States that kidnap, torture, and kill white Americans to appease the ancient gods especially at the volcano in Mexico Moncho Picho. It's disgusting, scary, and savage. These Mexicans are violent and savage that express their religious beliefs.
Recently, at our prison complex, at a building in Ryning Unit there was a ritual killing where inmates and a Hispanic officer covered the surveillance cameras with white paint and cut off tattoos from an inmate and tried to cut out his heart for the ritual, but instead drank his blood. This is not the first ritualistic killing within the last few years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. However, I am not postulating that all Hispanic or Latin Americans subscribe to this primitive disgusting and ancient religion that incorporates Catholicism. There are many good Hispanics out there that are well balanced. In fact, two weeks ago there is a C/0 3 and male Nurse ( both full Hispanic and well balanced) who saved my life in Building 3 at Meadows Unit and I got an emergency heart ablation and pacemaker implant because of them!

Unfortunately, I will be going to a mental health prison that the majority of the inmates are violent and playing a game because most of these inmates owe money at different prisons for their illegal drug use or gambling. These inmates actually start prison gangs in the mental health prison that causes many problems that in reality can only be solved by taking inmates who are not mentally I'll and relocating them to their appropriate prison. Administration will not do this and this makes the prison environment or milieu dangerous.

Further, people and other agencies have been attempting to contact Dave Brown who worked as an administrator at Washington County Jail, located in Machias, Maine, in the early 1990's who has a vast knowledge of me and the problems I encountered with intelligence agencies separate of the FBI. Even the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard placed professors in my cell to gather information and offer help to Terry Cole the Jail administrator. The Navy even staged my escape from the jail for the reason of deniability!
