Homeland and Nevada are actually stealing secrets to develop companies in Nevada to improve their economy while ignoring the harm they cause to other states such as California, especially the technology sector. Arizona is also scamming other states with the help of Homeland. This is bullcrap! The 700 million dollar building housing The Western Division of Homeland Security in Reno, Nevada, was partially built by Homeland Security Director Jerry Bussel who wears a cowboy hat, large belt buckle and cowboy boots that are designed for him to be recognized. Mr Bussel is a con man! He actually designer the inner workings of the Western Division that violates with impunity the civil rights of others only for the purpose of stealing money to pay for pet projects originally theorized in the 1950's to the present. Basically, some of these projects on unknowing prisoners. Just ask the McKenzie group out of New York and Rand Corporation out of Santa Barbra along with other wacko groups some with religious influence. Obviously, prisoners are considered just primates to be involved with science projects once considered illegal and outlawed by Presented Nixon. Unfortunately, not now! Even the food served in prison at times is suspicious because people complain that their food does not digest properly and actually passes outside the body undigested and causes headaches. Again, I forgot to mention that I memorized the arcane mathematical formulas of particles that escape the boundaries of our vast universe that might meet our creator and our already past future. I do not have tattoos or speak their language that would enable me to socialize within their social circle... I am lost. Further, I have a criminal record that most inmates consider outside their normalcy. I am rejected by most inmates and officers who want me dead. It is difficult to defend myself and in all probability I might be killed in prison before my release date of 2031. I hide in my cell at age 55 using caution with all inmates and officers that is making me paranoid. These inmates at most security levels I have been exposed to are extremely dangerous and unpredictable. A point that is widely known to people that have taken the police science course involving photo lineups is the last picture shown should trigger a reaction if the person is known by the suspect. The FBI agent Taylor Hannah asked questions and attempted to prompt responses while the FBI supervisor James Kraus observed body language such as facial expressions, eye movement, and the general demeanor that could be minutely affected... Who knows the next is galvanic testing or brainwaves open to intense interrogation that reveals the inner workings of the mind. This is absolute rubbish that is being spread by officers who want me dead and actually manipulate the impressionable minds of other inmates and in some cases staff.
