I was asked the other day by a Homeland Security Agent about Meg Whitman (Go Mills College and Hewlett Packard) and Shirley "Temple" Black with decades of history involving me. First, I concealed bloody sheets on Meg Whitman's property line in the town of Woodside, Ca., that were used to cleanup a murder scene in 1995, that she thought were used to clean wildcats( Go Redwood City High School Wildcats)that hunt in the area and leave blood behind. Then, the conversation turned to child actress Shirley Temple Black - thats right, the good ship lollypop - that the small town of Woodside believed I would be a quality person to rent a room from her at her small estate and keep an eye out for her. However, that relationship of landlord and tenant lasted for 6 months before her distant relatives asked me out to dinner and requested I leave her home, but they made arrangements for me to live at a house in Woodside close by. I took the offer! I was also given a new Panasonic bicycle that I used on the nearby Skyline to exercise and vent stress! Basically, I was a trusted "stray" who did not have a home(I was not welcomed at my parents or relatives homes)and Woodside residents took me in and saved me temporarily. Most people in Woodside accepted me and believed I was a good person to be trusted. Until the San Jose Mercury News reported on March 31, 1991, that I stole 10's of millions, but misspelled my name as Jacobson. Go Palo Alto High Schools on Middlefield Road and the El Camino and Stanford University "Rocks"! Remember the beer runs at the Coors distributorship near Costco? I even had an internship at Xerox Park and EPRI! Further, I actually had to apply for General Assistance, Food Stamps, Clothing Vouchers, and medical in San Mateo County and I collected about $7,000.00 and I paid it all back to the county that was benevolent to me in 1989.. Moreover, I have not responded to the many letters I received last year concerning why I took a guilty plea, but said nothing at my sentencing. Simple answer was that the prosecution played a deceitful game (27 boxes of discovery that was printed out and was encrypted and the prosecution lost the code to print out to read coherently)and there was the fact the prosecutor was going to apply prior bad acts to convict me. Facts: 1)Concrete on my shovel was still stuck on my spade from Rios who was buried on the 5th of April, Martinez was killed the first week of May 2)The knife that was used to kill Martinez belonged to Harmon and was found at his home. Harmon was the manager to Spycraft and was killed by friends of mine along w/ a female Judge in Phoenix that wanted a life sentence for me. Then a witness in San Francisco. All killed by motor vehicles. 3)My boots and treads did not match the boot prints left at the burial site of Martinez. Wrong size and tread. 4) The baby shoe that was found at the burial site that the prosecution stated was conclusive evidence of my evolvement actually had been bleached out from the sun and was basically environmentally destroyed and was filled with cobwebs. The shoe was the wrong size for a 10 pound girl and was also impregnated with dirt and was left in the outside environment for years. 5)The tire tracks did not match anything I had access to. 6)All cellular traffic for phones and my 3-way pager indicated I was hundreds of miles away and indicated I was moving. In Fact, my 3-way pager was tracked by the FBI in Los Angeles and that's how I was apprehended. 7)All evidence was stolen from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, to include all records that were written, etc.8)I stole the body of Jane Doe at the Medical Examiners office with the assistance of others.9) All vacutainers and blood samples except what Las Vegas retained were stolen.10)All forms of DNA testing concluded I was not responsible. 11)All residents in the area stated that my vehicles were not in the proximity of them, but that the car of Rios' husband were identified as being there.12)All of my clothing was extensively tested even bloodhounds sniffed my clothing and all resulted in a negative result. 13)There was testing of Martinez's fingernails that indicated there was feces and blood cells that did not belong to her. 14)There were bite marks that were not reported officially in a second autopsy report. The first autopsy indicated that the person was over 6' and had a larger overbite with crooked teeth. 15)The person who buried and had sex with her body in the spot where a shallow grave was dug with a shovel(shovel later identified as Harmon's) was there for hours and probably had a sunburn that was noticeable. Harmon had a severe sunburn and explained he got it while tubing on a river and drinking beer. 16)All surveillance tapes in the area indicate that I was not in the area, but actually far away. 17) Martinez's body and vagina had multiple bright red pubic hairs found on the body. I have brown pubic hairs. 18) The assistant district attorney, Treena Kay was overheard stating she was going to ram this case down my throat and she didn't care how she was going to do it. 19)The district attorney attempted to hide from the public the information from Martinez's uncle that they all knew she was a prostitute that sold her body on the notorious streets of Phoenix and later flew to Las Vegas to sell her body. 20) Martinez's blood sample held in Las Vegas, Nevada, indicated that she had large amounts of Marijuana in her system that was later identified as embalmer fluid infused in the weed that when smoked simulates PCP. 21) Even Ginger Rios that Jacobsen aka Flowers was convicted of killing had large concentrations of methamphetamine, marijuana, and PCP. 22) Both of these girls had fake identification to include university ID, Passports, and even health cards. Both worked the strip clubs Cheetah's and Crazy Horse and traveled the world on short notice to work as international sex workers.Detective Rosgen hid that both were hookers
