Jacobsen's federal registration (Prison ID) is 15833-018 Tampa, Florida.
The US Probation Officer, Cynthia Birch, rendered a conflicting picture of Jacobsen stating he was delusional and minimised the computer thefts, but the Federal Medical Center in Springfield, Missouri stated Jacobsen was ill , but not delusional about working closely with the CIA. The warden, along with Dr. Charles Glazzard, MD the chief of psychiatry for the US government was approached by other government officials that recommended no prison sentence and this was detailed in a written report to the sentencing Judge Steven Merryday who visited Jacobsen to the dismay of US Marshals (Glen Davis) in Tampa, Florida at the jail.
An article appeared in the San Jose Mercury News March 31, 1991 detailing how JACOBSON stole 10's of millions in computers and sold them worldwide at age 18.
Federal Judge Merryday of Tampa was made aware Jacobsen was an informant for multiple government agencies to include Canadian and this information was detailed in Jacobsen's psychological generated at the USMC Springfield, Missouri. This report strongly recommended no prison sentence.
Jacobsen is a valued informant to the ultra secret National Reconnaissance Office and National Intelligence Agency.
Jacobsen has dated relatives of President George Bush of Texas and Maine in the 1990's.
Jacobsen with the help of the Navy escaped from a county jail twice in 1991 from Washington County in Machias, Maine that was rumered from Sheriff George Bunker and David Brown that Jacobsen stole a valuable cryptosystem and the district attorney would not allow Jacobsen to speak or negotiate with federal authorities without the states participation or without his attorney.
Jacobsen went on a hunger strike for 43 days in the year 1991 that resulted in him shedding 80 pounds at Maine State Prison. This hunger strike resulted in Jacobsen being released to Glen Davis a United States Marshal in Tampa.
Jacobsen while in federal prison made best relationships with convicted FBI spy Richard Miller, Ralph Staino a mafia boss out of Philadelphia, Sol Watchler a judge from New York, Syad Hussain of the Banking of Commerce and Credit International (Panama) and his old friend Rabin Pershad who's father was vice president of a South American country...Lyndon LaRouche a US presidential candidate in the 1970's and many other power players.
Jacobsen somehow developed the successful store concept Spycraft located in three states with four stores and who's business partner and friends provided computer support for Russian Embassies and consulates. Jacobsen was reported to have made pregnant the wife of his friend who is Russian and the wife is an interpreter for the Russian consulate in San Francisco (Green Street)
Jacobsen sold books to the Oklahoma City bombers Terry Nichols on how to blow things up. Infact, Jacobsen testified in 2013 against a former roommate who confessed to him he killed numerous young girls in Oklahoma. However, when Jacobsen was testifying he was told the person he was testifying against was going to say Jacobsen helped him kill others and he would show them where the bodies were hidden. The person who Jacobsen testified against was named Danny Kay Calloway and the county was McKern, Idebel, Oklahoma. The prosecutor was named Virginia Sanders.
Jacobsen also sold books to the religious fanatics in Tokyo who used sarin gas the technical materials on how to make this gas that killed many in the Tokyo subways in the 1990's.
Jacobsen used many aliases, but primarily went by the name John Flowers and opened 4 successful store locations in three states and married Cheryl Irene Ciccone of Sudbury, Massachusetts and whose father is a relative to the pop star Madonna and friends with Steve Tyler of Areosmith.
Jacobsen is accused of killing Ginger Rios (Age 20) of Las Vegas and Christine Martinez (age 16) of Phoenix who all worked for Jacobsen/Flowers at his store part-time and embezzled $500,000.00 from him with the help of Rios' husband Mark Hollinger(age 32) to finance a major methamphetamine drug deal.
Ginger Rios came into John Flowers store Spycraft on April 4th, 1997 that was witnessed by Cheryl Ciccone smelling like rotten eggs or burnt rubber and acting bizaar. It was later determined she was under the influence of methamphetamine, PCP, and marijuana soaked in fermyldahyde(embalming fluid) that was detected at autopsy in large amounts.
Ginger Rios worked as a professional escort (prostitute) and convinced her friend Christine Martinez to become a call girl according to Martinez's uncle in Phoenix.
Jacobsen hit Rios one time for approaching his child in an aggressive manner and a 600 pound display case fell on her that killed her.
The plea deal was an Alford Plea that means Jacobsen could be innocent of the crime and the district attorney also states Jacobsen could be innocent, but will do the time maintaining his innocence.
Jacobsen states he had sex with Martinez and killed her accidentally with rough sex.
Jacobsen had an inside source that enabled him to steal the body of Martinez from the medical examiner's office in Florence, Arizona before a completed autopsy could be preformed that prevented Jacobsen from being charged for 15 years.
Jacobsen is hiding the friend who helped bury Martinez in Florence who left footprints that were never identified and authorities believe Jacobsen's accomplice could be law enforcement.
Judge Warren Granville of Maricopa County (Phoenix) stated that Judge Bruce Griffith who owns the cemetery used to bury the unclaimed knows Jacobsen and is protecting Jacobsen and the Judges reputation. Martinez was to have been buried at the judges cemetery. Jacobsen is the only person who knows where the body is located on state prison property.
Judge Granville ordered that Jacobsen not be allowed to read, review, or otherwise touch any of his 27 boxes of discovery.
